This may be due to the use of outgoing server (SMTP) on field outside provider.

In order to avoid the problems of SPAM, SMTP servers access providers are not configured to work only for their subscribers.

Solution

There is two solutions, either you ask your smtp service provider to add you into the whitelist, either you change the smtp server.
